The swinging arm can be used on both sides and resistance is obtained by applying the 5 weights, kg 1 each.

Load, movement range and application point can all be independently adjusted.

The backrest can be horizontally adjusted up to 90° by means of gas spring in order to allow leg exercise in prone position.

Thighs can be fixed by a useful upholstered support system and the feet can be fastened by means of straps adjustable in extensions and lock clip.
